Introduction: Therapeutic application of medicinal plants is largely based on their chemical contents which synergistically work together in the same or different plants. Aims: This research assessed synergistic antidiabetic and hypolipidemic potential ethanol leaf extract Vernonia amygdalina (VAMG) Croton zambesicus (CZMG) alloxan-induced diabetic male Wistar rats other to justify traditional extracts as agents. Materials Methods: The were collected, air-dried, extracted separately produce respective (VAMG CZMG).
